ABOUT ME!
Lucy Shelby...
I have mountains and rivers in my bones, yet reside in Brooklyn, NY.
I am a trained clown, Gateless writing teacher, spiritual psycho somatic coach (SPA method), healer and artist. I have an M.F.A. in Ensemble Based Physical Theatre, as well as many certificates in various healing modalities, so many, and have been teaching hot yoga for 20+ years. I am a writer, producer, creator of many shows in New York City and beyond. One of my proudest achievements was working with Clowns without Borders performing for over 10,000 + children in Ecuador and Zimbabwe. Bios are short, my story is long.
